from what i understand, most creditors only report lates on your CR if it is 30 days late or more.
but what i want a clarification on, is does ANY negative information find its way on to your CR if its just, say, 10 days late? or 29 days late?
Would a mortgage loan officer, for example, see anything about an account being delinquent if i had an account that was, say, 20 days past due? Or would he simply see "paid as agreed" unless it actually met the 30 day mark?

Nope. Creditors should not report any late payment information to the CRAs if you pay anything less than 30 days late, so loan officers / anyone reviewing your CR wouldn't know anything.
