SCOREWATCH DROPPED WITH NEW HSBC CC

My score went down from 646 to 641 I am trying to improve my credit, and I have a target account that has not showed up on my report yet, so it will probably drop again 

Can someone tell me how long it will take before the new cards start increasing my score.

Credit Picture:

BofA Visa $2000  $193.00 bal  since 2/07

HSBC Visa $300 0bal since 4/07

HSBC MC $750   0bal  since 6/07

Jc Penny $150 (AU)  0bal  since 6/07

CA $218 PAID

CA $199 PAID

Mortage current for 2yr sent GW on old history

Car current 2yr sent GW on old history

3 Paid Tax Liens

For me, It took about six months for my CCs to start helping my score.

It took about the same for me. It usually takes about 6 months because you need to build some positive history on the account.
