A loan officer pulled my scores yesterday. LO said that my mid score is 1 point from approving for a loan (Experian 639). Received an alert from Myfico.com this morning that my Experian score increased by 3 points with the lender pull. Is this usual? I thought that I was going to get a decrease for the inquiry but instead it was an increase. What is the reasoning behind this? Will I see an increase for Experian Fair ISAAC Ver. 2 Score??? I only need 1 point!!!
