Negative Factors
The following 1 negative factor(s) are not hurting your score as much as before:
FICO is so hard to keep up with. Just last week my score was 613. I paid several chargeoffs last month. My score dropped to 594 after Macy's updated the paid charge off due to FICO interpreting the update as a missed payment when they changed the last activity date. Today my score jumps up almost 40 points for paying the charge offs. Apparently this boost was caused by my revolving debt changing to 0% from the paid charge offs.
Just a FYI for the credit gurus and credit novices such as myself.
