What the BLEEP is going on?
Seriously. Mortgage transferred/sold from chase. Score drop of 22 points.
This is utter BULL!
When they made the transfer, did Chase report a brand new account, and did your prior servicer report your account as closed?
Chase sold my mortgage & I'm not sure if new one posted yet. No alert on it.
But since when does a mortgage transfer drop your score?? wth??
Sorry about your loss of points. I just lost 15 points for paying down a cc to 0, so no accounts showing a balance. I get tired of this "damned if you do, and damned if you don't scoring crap.
Heard that!
So how ya doin hotrod?? Been a while! I remember you from years ago when I was a constant here.

If the new holders aren't reporting it yet, then your credit mix has changed. It's probably simply that the mortgage isn't reporting yet, but make sure that they people who purchased it show your full original mortgage balance and not just the amount you owed when they purchased it.
It was sold to a bottom feeder called NationStar. From what I have heard, trying to contact a real person there is like feeding hot peppers to a baby!
Amen!

Hi Mo,
Good to see you back. I am doing good. Being retired, I am just getting older, fatter and balder by the day. Hope all is well with you and yours.
