Score dropped

I sent to all 3 CB the 609 and public record letter and yesterday my FICO shows my credit dropping 15pts because it shows reinvestigation in progress. Is this normal for my score to drop during a dispute?

Very very common. Google 'dispute dropped score' and see how needs of threads.
