ScoreWatch alert is crazy,alert that score go up,then down.ugh

I've been disputing a charge off that has been "forgiven" and a 1099 issued for the whole balance,yet Sears/CBNA still reporting a current balance for the whole amount and it's killing my util in EQ. Interesting while this TL is in dispute my score goes up and down,to the point that i have received SW alerts saying that my score have gone,then the next day another one saying that it had gone down,and it just say the same thing,i think i have the fico gods working overtime,lol, look below:
