Scores Don't Match

I recently applied for a discover card 0n March 10, which was declined.  My equifax fico score, through this site was 716 on March 10, when I pulled it.  I just got the letter from discover which said my equifax score was 644.  Why such a big discrepancy?

I believe they use a CC-enhanced FICO unlike the Classic EQ FICO as on here. ETA...a CC-enhanced FICO will factor in CCs more than the other accounts.
