Sears Card? Keep or Cancel?

Hey all, I was wondering, I have a Sears card that's 2 years old (my oldest card is 8 years old) that has no annual fees, an APR of 24%, $2400 CL, no negatives, paid in full. Is there any reason I should cancel this card or should i keep it around for Util and such?

Why cancel?  Do you have too many cards?

It will help your age and util to keep it open, and there is no annual fee
