Okay I just joined last month and had done some research on improving my score. In addition, I had just joinned a credit ID protection that gave me all three Bureau scores and my combined credit reports. My Experian credit score on Master Card statement was 751 eff 4/9/14 (you have to view after middle of month for updated score. I didn't realize that until now so I checked my score on 5/10/14 and didn't see a difference.
Imagine my elation when I was paying my bill today and clicked on the FICO icon to see the score: It was 808 eff 5/10/14. Yes that's right 808!!!! I'm so happy. I can't wait until next month to see if my TU score with Discover and my Equifax score with ID Protection have also increased to at least put me in the 760 range on both of them.
Here's the good news for everyone else. This change occurred in one month by paying my credit card bills down to 25% utilization or less and correcting one mistake on my credit report.
Congrats!
Congrats!

Awesome news. Thanks for sharing
Prior to joining this site, I had no clue about the importance of getting utilization down to ~ 10% or so prior to the statement closing date. I'm glad to read about your success
Wow! congrats to you!

Thank you for that. I was wondering if I was in the 800 club since I only have one updated score that puts me there.

If i were i would wonder why the other scores are 60+ points different than your EX , but 800 is 800 no matter what in my book :-)

I'm thinking it's because I don't have updated information on the other two scores. The other two information systems would have recorded or captured information, before I made all my payments. The information on my June statements should be more accurate. At least I'm hoping that's the case. But you do have a good point.
I just received an e-mail from Equifax that an incorrect charge off is being removed. I've just gone online to look at the dispute areas for all three Bureaus. It looks like TransUnion is mistakenly listing an acct that I closed as an account that was closed my the bank. I'm going to comb through the seperate reports and dispute the charge off with TransUnion and Experian and compare the three Bureau reports. Experian is already giving me an 808, but it won't hurt to have them remove the charge-off also. Thanks for giving me the advice; it's making me review all three Bureau reports again and that's a good thing.
