Should I ask a 12 month old visa to report? Does it help my fico?

I have a visa card that is 12 months old and perfect payment history with $1200 CL. Some how it is not reporting to my CR. Should I ask the Creditor to report this to CRA or not? Would it help adding a 12 month old account? Or does it dilute the average age of accounts?

What is your average age, and how many total accounts are there? A lot of it depends on how spread out your accounts are, where they're clumped etc.
