I wish I had read this post before I just started a new thread ("How long until new TL's no longer hurt?") 
So the 6 month mark was significant for you.. did you notice any changes at 3 months? Had your score dropped when you first opened the loan?
WTG! Your increase may also be due to the aging of your overall credit history. Tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiime is on your side, yes it is.
