after paying my balance of my Discover my score when up 13 to 19 points except one EXPERIAN, I always have that problem of beeing stuck at 728 or 731 not more from that, any help?

I bet if you paid that to 0/600 you'd see a bump on all three

I hate Equifax. I have a low score I think because of my AAOA on EQ. Perfectly clean files and my EQ just sits there and laughs at me.

I hope so
I think that having less than half of your cards reporting will likely cause a bump on all three scores.
Your overall utilization was already very good before you made the Discover payment. I'd guess that going from 5% to 4% didn't make Experian any more impressed than it already was.
