We've been mortgage rate shopping, so DH has a few new inqs on his CRs. Nothing we didn't expect (knowing that mortgage inqs within 30 days are "seen" as one by FICO).
But, the inqs by LandSafe and FA CREDCO are showing up as "Public Records, Miscellaneous." From what I understand in doing some research on these companies, they're a third party agency that checks our credit for the lenders we apped with. So they ARE in conjunction with the mortgage apps. But since they're not coded as specifically mortgage inquiries, will they be seen as NOT mortgage related?
What do we do? Or am I being paranoid for no reason?
