Re: Study: AAoA and max FICO score (Forum Survey)

Olehammer,

I have stupid numbers of datapoints over time from my personal dirty birdy file.  Without going through all of them, what specifically are you looking for bearing in mind as others have pointed out this is highly dependent on model.

My peak FICO 8 scores when I had put as much lipstick on the pig as I could right before the mortgage in July 2015 were 726 / 731 / 739 (standard EQ / TU / EX); AA0A 2 and change, oldest account was 7 years, optimal balance reporting (minimal on one CC at the time), aggregate installment utilization 9%, 30/60, paid collection, and state tax lien from late 2010 so nearly 5 years old at that point.

I since have battered them down and haven't really paid attention as there's virtually nothing I need my credit report for in the next several years (post mortgage fugue) but I can either post other historical data or get some current data potentially if I have time, the monitoring will just keep ticking over anyway.

Re: Study: AAoA and max FICO score (Forum Survey)

Hello:

Just saw this conversation while I was looking for a different topic.  Not sure about the categories you asked for, but here are my updates.  Experience is based on lessons from mom - never be late for a payment and pay off bills as soon as you can.

AAoA  -  One mortgage from 2005 (to be paid off in 9 years);  and one credit card purchase for a long-arm quilting machine in 2012 (to be paid off by end of 2016.)

Fico Score 8, is current

No new credit applications

Never had a derogatory

Never been late with payments

No new credit inquiries (although I will be purchasing a new car sometime this year)

If credit card is used, it is paid off promptly

First use of FICO is as indicated in my scores below.

I'll have to look back at your original request to see what  missed.

Cheers.
