Here's more good news for ya:  there is a big class action lawsuit against Visa, MC, and Diners for hidden fees they charged in the past 10 years (until Nov. 06) when you used cards overseas or bought something in a foreign currency.  You may be able to get a refund of some of those charges.  V, MC, and D deny any wrongdoing, of course.  See http://www.ccfsettlement.com.
