TU 04- How to get this?

I'm stuck in a catch 22.  I want to get the Walmart Discover card to get TU 04, but I don't think I can qualify.  Can I just call up Walmart, or even apply online, wait for the denial, and then ask my credit score?

Current Cards:
Khols $300, Avenue $280, Capital One $500

EQ: 632 (myFICO)
EX: 594 (myFICO)
TU: 644 (Credit Karma FAKO)

You won't get a FICO score with your denial....at least I didn't.  I got a score based on their internal scoring method.  I think it ranges from 300-620.

(EX08 - 654) --- (TU08 - 643) --- (EQ08 - 667) --- (EQ04 - 676)

Walmart supplies 08 TU not 04. With A new report pull here you now get 04 for EX and Eq. TU is supposedly in the works. This is in addition to 08 scores, and also bankcard and auto enhanced scores.

I've got some cards, got my house and got some scores with a 7 in front. Now what? Oh yea, live some of that life stuff.
