Pulled FICO... TU... CBR (as well as Truecredit & creditcheck all showing TU delinquency).
Under "what’s hurting your FICO score” it lists 1 account (no name) 60+ days as a serious delinquency.
As not late in over 7 years on anything called TU in India.CS dept. advised this is not what TU reported to FICO on CitiFinancial BK7 filed 3 1/2 years ago that has NEVER been past due (last BK7 item other than public record BK7).
TU CS said not reported 60 plus days delinquent but reported as an adverse account.
Account was transferred to CitiMortgage last year still never delinquent.
CitiFinancial transferred all same info, dates amounts etc., to CitiMortgage so was able to get CitiFinancial account deleted from EQ.
Contacted CitiFinancial directly by phone then fax but they refuse to delete TU trade line.
TU is showing transferred BK 7... and correctly as... NEVER delinquent.
Question: Any one with experience with anything like this & can anything be done?
ON THE OTHER HAND, is this “one 60 plus day delinquency” the different software interpreting each other’s reporting differently?
FICO TU SCORE ... 743
FICO EQ ... 714
EX Advantgage+ ... 801
