I am waaaay too embarrased to post my stats  Smiley Very Happy
The slide from grace is really more like gliding
And I've found the trick is not to stop the sliding
But to find a graceful way of staying slid

I am guilty of closing accounts.  As an uninformed consumer, I got some money and paid off accounts and closed them.  Now my FICO life is a living hell.  I'm on the road to recovery and found this site.  After reviewing the posts and information, now I feel like I'm taking college algebra AGAIN.  I hated that class!

Don't feel bad. It's priviledged information. First, you have to NEED it, and by the time you learn it then it's too late to take advantage of the information. As a result, almost everyone makes a number of mistakes, but lives to tell and not make the same mistake again. You might also learn enough from other's mistakes to dodge a few bullets.
