The amount owed on your revolving accounts is too high.

i know to keep the balance under 10% of the limit my limit is 5000 the balance was 381
is there a $ amount too like 300?
 
this is just one card other 2 card, 6000, 1000 limit zero dallor balance
 
score drop 16 points
 
dose this happen often

There is no dollar amount. Are you sure something else didn't change?

An Address change shouldnt affect the drop. When was the last time you used the other cards with the 0 balance?? If its been over 6 months you may have gotten dinged on inactivity.
