Hello,
I found out that for several months, TU was not updating the balance (incidentally, zero) on my oldest credit card from a credit union. EX and EQ were reporting OK.
I contacted the credit union and they said they were reporting all 3, so I must contact TU and request an update by filing a dispute.
I filed a dispute last month. Two accounts were not getting updated then, the CU account (4 months) and the Discover account (2 months).
I got a mail from TU that the investigation was over. They updated the Discover CL and balance, but they simply deleted the CU credit card.
It is my oldest card and it has a zero balance on $2k credit limit, all positive info that I want to retain on my CR.
What should I do now?
Thanks !
Bump !
Is the account still open and active?
If so call them up and ask to update with the CB's

Hi MJ,
yep, the account is active.
I basically sent the CU an SM sometime ago so that they know the situation.
But if they, for some reason, do not update with TU in particular, is there anything that I could do?
TU's dispute options are available for only accounts that report (and maybe wrongly) but they have nothing for accounts that they deleted.
Hey you
Try this ......leave a balance and let them report.....
Ummm can I have 2 bubblegums and a H2o....Lol
