Understanding FICO® Scoring

I was just on Credit.com and they show Experian FICO score & Vantage score I have to upgrade it fully to get my true scores.. my question is are the FICO Ex true scores?

I think what they offer is a score range as opposed to your exact FICO. IIRC, it was a EX score range side-by-side comparison of your FICO, Vantage, PLUS score, and maybe one other.
