Re: Trying to increase my score by 10 points over the next 30 days

would you be a to have a sp CLI on your card with 7% utilization? I may be reaching here... But I recently went on a CLI on sp cards only to decrease my overall utilization. Went from 41% to 28%. I too will be mortage shopping soon and didnt want any hp inquiries on my report. Just a thought?

Sure! I was able to get my scores close to where they needed to be but never was able to get it to 700 across the board. Thankfully the bank felt my application was rock solid so they asked for a waiver from the PI company on the credit score and they accepted it. So we were able to get our mortgage approval and we will be closing in about 10 days!!!

AWESOME!!!

One thing I have learned is the Mortgage Fico score you can get here is almost dead on with what the mortgage company will give you.
