I am not a 100% sure how the FICO score model would handle handle this. At the time you settled the status went from charge off to paid charge off with the remark about the account be being paid for less than full balance. With that account status I am not sure what points you gain if any by paying the account in full. I was trying to find an article that I read on the subject but cannot find it now.
