You are doing great. I would just work on getting that 30 day late removed and get your balance paid off. You should also be able to get a few store cards like Target or Walmart.

It can be very confusing. Inquires in the last six months hold the most weight. That does not mean older ones irrelavent unless they are 12+ months old.
