I had disputed an account with TU and received my updated report to view today. I noticed under the promotional pulls or soft inquiries, etc. I had my regular 3B premier pull back on 3/23 the date it is set to pull each month with notation customer request. But then I had another MyFICO pull, same address, etc, pull Sunday, April 16. with no notation customer request. I haven't ordered any other product from MyFICO, nor have I requested a new report.
Any reason they would soft pull my credit report, or is this for potential marketing purposes?

Part of the TU OEM product includes that, namely to check to see if your score has changed. It's a nice little extra benefit rather than waiting for the bureau to update... or at least that's what I understand is happening (bearing in mind I have never seen the implementation, only personal and other's anecdotal reports).
