Understanding EQ and TU reporting

With both reports now clean, I was comparing them to understand how various things have a bigger impact on TU or EQ.

As I was looking over my reports, I saw something strange.

On TU's first page, where you see your score- It' showing me that "Amount of new credit" is "Not good". But when I look at what's hurting my score, it says "high credit  usage".

On EQ's first page, the "Amount of new credit" says "Good". But when I look at what's hurting my score it says, "New Account".

Isn't "Amount of new credit" considered a new account? If so, why wouldn't it be a negative factor on TU instead of EQ? and if EQ is showing "good", why is it impacting my score?

Starting Score: 600s
Current Score: EQ 08 798 on 5/28/14, TU 792 on 5/27/4 via Barclay, EX 798 on 5/28/14
Goal Score: 760
