Does FICO count util on each card or overall? I have two with a total 1k limit and plan on only leaving a $19 balance on one.. My high balance one will be paid off 
Wish it was that simple. Total util is key factor. However individual cards util figure into score. Also small ding for each account with any balance.

Yeah. Ideal is 1-9% of both card and total limit utilization and rest of cards reporting 0 balance.
