i loss 10 point for one my Charge-off is update to 0 balance
and other 10 point for my BoA report $ 21.00 balance
my Utilization is 5% total credit card the i have
this is crazy is not matter what i do my CS is not go up and went is up for any info or anything out is back to the 580s
I don't know if is here or what by is not way you loss 20 point for do anything bad
How many accounts do you have?
If the Charge Off was removed for an old account, that might drop some of the reporting for that account, which may come back as a reduction in score.
When a card goes from reporting $0 to reporting something, even $21, often that results in a reduction in the score, because the cardholder has taken on new debt.
All you can do is keep making payments on time, keep utilization under control, and if there are any remaining bad items on your credit report, try to get those removed. Building good credit takes time. There will be some score changes like this that don't make sense immediately. What you want to work toward is continuing to pay on time, then your score should gradually increase, but it is not a sprint, it is a marathon of efforts.
