WHICH SCORE WILL THE LENDERS USE?

Hello,   I plan on trying to buy a house in the next 2 months, I CHecked all 3 of  My Credit Reports,  and then Checked myFico's scores,  My Fico scores were  584 EQ.. 620EX and 642TU..  Do Most Lenders go by your Lowest  medium or Highest score?  Thank you.

My lender had a minimum score for all three but went with the middle score

All conventional lender guidelines dictate the use of the middle of the 3 scores. If there are only 2 scores present, we use the lower of the 2 scores.
