What are the fico utilization ratios (or buckets)?

I have search but came up empty.

I know of 0-9% with 1-9 reporting counting as one ratio (or bucket)

What about all of the other %s? 

100%

90%

75%

etc.

Just trying to guesstimate when I will get a FICO increase.

I'm not sure that bucketing is driven by utilization ratios.
