What credit scores need to be for a mortgage pre-approval

My Fico scores are
EX 690
EQ 657
TU 632
My annual income is 80k and I am wondering if I could qualify for a pre approval on a 325k loan. I'm looking to build a home.

Your scores should be good enough. Of course it can also depend on whats in your reports. Usually a 640 mid score is whats required by most lenders. If you have low debt & a good down payment that will certainly help, as 325k is getting to the upper portion of home affordability for your income.
