What does 'Recent Collection + PR' mean?

In MyFico summary they list as a negative 'Recent Collection + PR'. What is the PR?

Also the collection is actually for a 6 1/2 year old account, how can that be a recent collection?

Thanks. Well TU's definition of 'recent' is interesting then, given the Collection is for a 6 1/2 year old phone account and the PR is a Paid Tax lien about to fall off in 6 weeks.
