If you close an inactive account does the 'last reported date' or the 'date of status' change to show the date you closed the account? If it changes the 'last reported date' then would it stay on the report another 10 years? Has anyone had experience with this?
On another note if you close an inactive account that has dropped off your report does it reappear again? If so, would this be a problem?
