What is Scheduled Payment on a credit report?

Hi,

I've gotten my reports from Equifax and TU. Balance for the only revolving credit card I have is correctly showing $30, (I charge the same amount each month) which I PIF.

But, there is a row that says Sheduled Payment Amount. This says $25 although I paid $30. Does Scheduled Payment just mean minimum payment on the bill (because that's also $25), and not the actual payment I made? Or is this an reporting error?
