About how much of a score increase should I see, I'm trying to get to at least 620 or above to qualify for a mortgage.
What is your remaining revolving util, if any? Overall and individual accounts? Do you still have more baddies on your reports? If so, what are they and how old?
I have 1 other charge-off and a student loan that was late but have been paying on time since september of 2009.

Is this CO from 2009? Is it paid or unpaid? If unpaid, what is the balance and what was the CL?
I just paid off one credit card to $0 and the other two cards from 100% UTL to 10% UTL. I also had 2 charge-offs deleted. How long before I will see an improvement in my credit score and how many points should I get.
Febraury 2010 TU-536 EQ-485
March 2010 lender pull TU-565 EX-549 EQ-512
I hope you see a good increase. As we all know each situation is different. In Jan my FICO scores were EQ 570 TU 611 and EX 624 pulled by VA lender. I had some derogs deleted by the grace of GOD (Midland an Security Finance) and 1 PFD to LHR. I now have 6 CC accounts with a 2 year good history and 1 car loan reporting pay as agreed(on time). 5 of my CCs are now reporting a 0 balance as of March. Waiting for my statefarm visa to report($8500limit paid down to $2000). Now my FICO scores are EQ 620 and TU 684 pulled from MYFICO.COM. I pulled a FAKO EX today and it was at 689. Of course this is a FAKO now so this could vary. I hope this helps.
