What would a positive ending Bal do to score?

Maybe I got a new one for you all...what if a person have a +$25 bal credit reported to the Big 3... on a $300 CL card? What would happen to the score...I guess thread 101 would say its like not using it...such as $0 bal. I had this funny thing where i bought gas on 6/13 and the store still haven't posted. I never had one to take this long.

i would imagine that the effect would be just what you suspected...the same as $0 balance.

I had an overpaid account with a positive balace- they reported it a zero.
