It is 7-7.5 yrs from DOFD, not DOLA. If you never recovered, then DOFD is likely when the first 30 day late appeared, or 5/2002.
Looks like this is an OC account. It could either disappear around 5/2009 or the lates would roll off, like you said. The CO reference in the account discription should come off then too.
