It seems really annoying to predict when it will update. EX say they update monthly but they seem to do it far more frequently.

Not certain why more frequent score reports is annoying?
My experience with EX product services: monthly, new inquiry, new tradeline. I haven't gotten an out of cycle report otherwise and I think all of the EX services are identical.

I get out of cycle reports when nothing changes. Apparently Disco increasing my limit boosted my vantage score by one point. I saw this as a one day change on Wallethub. Also having my Amex report hasn't affected my EX score despite obvious changes resulting from that.
