When to expect first FICO score

I was approved for my first credit card on April 26.  I got my first statement on May 25th.  I know it takes 6 months to generate a FICO score, but does that mean 6 months of statements or 6 months from the opening/approval date?

I ask because I'd like to order Scorewatch as soon as I have a FICO score created Smiley Happy  When do you expect I'll have my first one?

Thanks!

I believe it would take 6 months of reported history on your credit reports.   So assuming that your first reported month is May, I would look at October as being the 6th month.    October's history will probably be reported in November though so I wouldn't try until then.
