Which score is usually higher ?>

amongst the three agencies and does one matter over the other ?

It can matter if the creditor only uses one out of the credit bureaus to pull the report. For example my credit union only uses equifax except for mortgages. On a mortgage loan a lender will pull all three and do one of the following:  1.  average the three fico scores  2. use the lowest of the three.  3. In general they take the middle score.

thanks... any consistency to the varaiance of the three?  i have heard equi is usually the higher but obviously each case is independent.

It can vary greatly but I have noticed TU usually being the highest score of the three. Hard to say between EQ and EX. But the most evil of the three is EX. They are the evil brainchild of the three!

I agree...TU always highest..followed closely by EQ...and EX is always lowest...

I must be unique...TU has always been my lowest, followed by EX, and EQ has always been my highest. Then again, I don't exactly have a long history, maybe it changes with time...?

That's interesting, because in my case, Experian is the highest, then Transunion, then Equifax... Hmmm....

It seems to me that Equifax is and has always been my highest score and my TU and EX scores are always the same--give or take a point or two. TU and EX are also always nearly 10 points lower than my Equifax score. I have no idea of why because they all have the exact same information on them.

I only pulled EQ and TU - but my EQ is the higher of the two.  Last time I pulled EX it was the highest of the three.
