Why are the scores so different??

Equifax 665

Experian 601

Transunion 607
     

The information in the reports are the same. So why the big disparity??

Each of the 3 weight things differently....it is very normal for all 3 scores to be different.  Since Equifax is so much higher you might have more things they "like" on your report then the other 2 or maybe the other 2 don't have a tradeline reporting (like an auto loan)
