Why myfico/Equifax and Equifax website scores different?

Myfico score is showing 646 and my Equifax score is showing 659, I got a new ScoreWatch yesterday showing 646 and bought the Equifax report and score to match them, it was 659.

Also, I had a collection hit last Friday which brought my score from 651 down to 613, I disputed and called the collection agency which promptly removed it on Wednesday of this week.  Unfortunately my score went back up to only 646, why??

Nothing else has hit the report so shouldn't it be showing the 651 score that is was prior to the collection hitting?

Make sure the score you got from Equifax.com was a FICO score. They sell another score called an "Equifax Credit Score" and that isn't FICO-related.

Going from 651 to 646 can easily happen if your report changes. Make sure nothing else was disputed and look to see if any of your CC balances changed as that can impact your scores too.
