Just today got 2 tax liens removed from EX - 1 pd long ago and 1 current that actually belonged to a business/not personal - how long before I see score change?

If they were removed from EX, it should be almost instantaneous. Do you have score monitoring services?

Yes. Public records are gone but no change in score
A dropped PR is not a trigger event and so doesn't result in a score update. You have to wait for a trigger event which are different for each CRA.
