Will this give me my true FICO Score?

Paid for a similar thong woth Experian but apperntly that gave a FAKO Score. I just want to make sure this serivce gives me a true FICO Score: http://www.myfico.com/Products/ScoreWatch/

I just want to know my score. Can I opt in to it to get my score (pay of course) and cancel the service right away?

MyFICO sells only FICO scores, so yes you'll be purchasing a FICO score;  however there's no one single "true" FICO score, there are many different flavours out there:

So was the score I was given on the Experian site (got there through www.annualcreditreport.com). And some here said it was a FAKO Score. Is it just another "flavor" as it were or a fake score?

No, the score you purchased from the Experian website is a FAKO score, not a FICO score.
