Hah nothing related but when we're talking spread: my EQ FICO 9 can smell 800 even now, with a tax lien, and some old lates, it's still at 794. Like what the hell. Same reason codes as FICO 8 too. I rather wonder if I'm going to get any points at all on EQ FICO 9 when my lates and tax lien get excluded right now, I'm thinking I'm already at a really good score on it in absolute terms.
Actually I may drop, looks like I did take a hit during the week the lien on EX was gone looking at the EX FICO 9 scores compared to my 12/13 my lien is gone pull: granted it is small but still . Looks like dirty scorecards can definitely get into higher scoring ranges on FICO 9.
