My heart is pounding so hard I can barely type!!
The last baddie to come off my reports was paid PR. Was deleted from EX and EQ last month and deleted from TU this month! I just pulled TU and it's gone and now all 3 reports are ABSOLUTELY CLEAN!!
And...drum roll...(I hope it's not considered bad form to do your own drum roll!)...MY TU SCORE IS 716!!! (up from 694 on 2-23-11 with the PR still on).
Although I can't get a current FICO EX, in days gone by it pretty much paralled TU, so I'm still claiming at least the EX 709 I had back in 2009, which means
I'M IN THE 700 CLUB!!
Just inching over the line, maybe, but I'm there!!!
The only thing really holding me back now is utilization (30+) which I am diligently working on. Also need AAoA to improve (I'm at about 4yr 6 mos now) but that's a 'time' thing. My ON navy visa (converted from store card and reported as new) will turn 1 yr old next month, so maybe I'll even get a little boost with that. All I can really control is the utilization and believe me, I am determined to get out of debt, so it hopefully won't be an issue after a while.
My heartfelt gratitude to all the folks on this forum for their help, advice and encouragement!!! I have learned...and continue to learn...so much on this forum that I know I could never garner anywhere else...so THANK YOU!!
Congrats!! I hope to join you one day soon!!
Thanks, ga!! Stick with this forum and you'll reach your goal!
Congrats!!!!
That is a milestone. Your hard work has paid off.
From a BK years ago to:
EX - 9/09 pulled by lender 802, EQ - 2/11-816, TU - 2/11-782
"Some people spend an entire lifetime wondering if they've made a difference. The Marines don't have that problem".

Like the song says, "It's been a long time comin' ", and I feel so blessed to be here. Now I just have to continue good habits and let time heal the rest.
Wonder what it would be like to post "yippee, finally in the 800 club!"?!?!? I almost swoon at the thought!! Hope one day I can find out!
And best wishes to you for a successful FICO journey. Participating in this forum is surely one of the best things you can do to make the trip easier!!
