hey guys just wanted to know hoe accurate is the fico simulator,  im trying to buy a house and me middle score right now is 549 but the simulator says if i pay bills for 3 months in a row my score could go from 540 to a min. of 608 enough for me to go for a mortgage.

The simulator is generally accurate...like any other predictive tool, its accuracy tends to decline the further into the future the forecast goes.

My experience is that it is accurate within a range - maybe 10-15 points. I suspect that it is more accurate in the middle and lower ends of the FICO scale. Persons with higher scores might see more choppiness in the score due to minor things, such as slight increases or decreases in credit card balances.
