changes not showing up

I payed off a bunch of credit cards about 3 months ago. FICO still shows then as accounts with balances. Why? Is there a way to push this to show the appropriate balance

Contact your card customer service. 3 months is pretty long. Anything longer than 60 days seem too long.

I don't like to hear that kind of news.  I am going on 2 months waiting for payments to report.  It is getting very frustrating!
