Does asking for credit line increase affect your fico score and if so by how much,also does it show as new inquiry on credit report

Please keep in minds that many CCCs are doing AA these days and some mebers have reported AA just for asking for a CLI.  Be that as it may,  unless the CCC decides to do an INQ, then asking for a CLI has no effect on your FICO score.  Getting a CLI could raise your FICIO score based on what your util is.

Please post which CCC your are asking about and be carefull.
